GUD was established for the purpose of addressing the world’s demand for affordable low cost housing and as a mean of delivering alternative building materials to the world seeking a better quality of life. GUD uses world-wide resources to offer its client(s) “innovative“, “eco-friendly” and “energy-saving” prefabricated building materials, which maintains the balance between nature and human health, is 6 times faster to build, reduces material and manpower wastage, is stronger, affordable and cost-effective
All materials used were tested and certified according to high international “green” standards and can be used in Industrial, military, vacation resorts, factories, airports, terminals, hotels as well as other commercial applications with its “cold-formed” light framing steel structure to resist “hurricanes“, “earthquakes” and other adverse weather conditions.
GUD offers through its various suppliers factory customized model building systems for every need. Housing systems are already installed in countries world-wide. The housing units are cut to pre-designed dimensions, shipped by container to any port in the world and then assembled within a few days using local semi-skilled workers
